1. Make sure you inject the correct color in each chamber of the cartridge. If unsure please check using toothpick.

2. Make sure you only refill a specific color after it actually stops printing.  Ignore the software ink levels.  Just refill that one color.  Refilling while the ink is still present creates an air barrier that disturbs the flow of the ink. In that case letting the cartridge sit for 24hours and then using the printer cleaning procedure 4-5 should fix it most of the time.

3. Make sure you don't let the cartridge dry out after a color runs out. Refill it within 5 min.  If you did let it dry try our unclogging procedure at www.xrefill.com/clogged.htm (it works 70% of the time)
