1. Attach the needle to the syringe and push the needle through the label all the way into the cartridge. (as shown in the illustrations)

   Note: We have removed the label to illustrate where the filling holes are located. We do not recommend removing it.

2. After you have made the filling hole, fill the syringe with the appropriate color ink.
3. Push the needle all the way into the cartridge of the proper filling hole. Very slowly inject ink into the sponge until the cartridge is full. Approximately 5 ml per chamber. (This will saturate the sponge with ink).
4. Use adhesive tape to seal the hole(s) made in the top label.

   Note: The cartridge will leak if the holes are not sealed properly.

5. Unused ink may be returned to the bottle. Rinse the syringe with water and dry between each color refill or store for further use.
6. Reinsert the cartridge and run 1 - 3 test pages as per printer instructions. If necessary leave cartridge in printer for up to 24 hours to allow ink to flow to the print head.

Note: This time is greatly reduced if the cartridge is refilled before it is completely empty.
